What is the difference between eMEETplus C1000 and eMEETplus L1000?
The eMEETplus C1000 is designed for general meeting purpose and is particularly suited for corporate meeting, Inter and Intra office communication and so on. On the other hand the eMEETplus L1000 is designed for online education purposes and it is particularly suited for e-learning, online support, web seminar etc.

What are the minimum requirements needed to setup the eMEETplus client application?
The minimum requirements for using eMEETplus client application are:
CPU: 733 MHz Pentium III processor or faster
Memory: 128 MB or higher
HDD Space: 20 MB of free HDD space or more
Operating System: Windows 98se/ME/2000/XP/Vista/windows 7
Network: DSL or better
Others: 16 bit Soundcard (full Duplex recommended) with speaker and microphone
(headset recommended) for audio. Webcam/USB camera for video.

How do I setup eMEETplus client application?
The eMEETplus client application setup procedure is very straight forward. Where you are using the full version or trial version, you will be provided with a download link. Click the link to download and install the software and please follow the on screen instruction to complete the installation. In most cases, the software will be installed and launched automatically as soon you finish the download. You can check the client manual to learn more about the installation options and procedures.
How do I uninstall eMEETplus client application?
Like most of the software, eMEETplus provides you an un-installation link in your program file menu. You can also uninstall the software through your control panel?s add remove software.
Can I launch your application from other web browsers live firefox or chorome instead of IE?
No, at present you cannot. Â Currently eMEETplus runs only IE browser. We are working to make the solution available on other browsers as well and we will post the information as soon as these versions are available. You must use IE version 6 or above and you must enable your browser to install ActiveX components.
Can I try eMEETplus before purchasing?

What is the concurrent user count?
Concurrent user count means how many users can connect to the server at any given time. For example, a 10 concurrent user solution means, at any given time, maximum 10 user can connect to the system. These 10 users can be in a single conference/e-learning room or in different rooms. Regardless of the concurrent user count, unlimited users can register to the system, but among these registered users, only 10 user can connect to the server at any given time for a 10 concurrent user solution.
What is the bandwidth requirement of your solution?
In general 12 Kilo Bits per Second (Kbps) of audio data and 32 Kbps of video data transmits over the network per user. But the actual bandwidth requirement depends on many factor like:
1. If the user is always talking
2. Resolution and frame rate of the video
3. Video object background, ling intensity and movement.
4. How many participants in a single conference/e-learning room
5. How many simultaneous conferencing/learning session
6. Etc.
What is the difference between your service platform and total solution package?
We provide our solution in two different way. In one means, you use the service offered by us. This is called Software as a Service (Saas), where the solution is hosted on our server using our bandwidth, and you use the solution on monthly/yearly subscription basis. You may choose your subscription plan as per your requirements. You need to pay for the service as long as you use that. Limited customization can be offered when you use our service platform.
Whereas, in total solution package, you purchase the total solution to be hosted on your own server. Greater customization is offered for the total solution package. You manage all your users and other parameters related to conferencing and e-learning. You need pay only once for this type of package. There is no monthly or yearly recurring fees.
